How it Works

Account
  1. Step 1 - Set up your GroupNumber account and add users

  2. Step 2 - Add or upload your contacts (name and mobile number) and set up groups.

Group Promotions
  1. Step 1 - Set up your group promotion campaign using the Promotion Template and attach promotion to the template

  2. Step 2 - Select the contacts/groups and setup a time to send the group promotion

  3. Step 3 - Monitor your promotion campaigns, including responses from the recipients in real-time using the dashboard.

  4. Step 4 - Generate reports to analyze the campaigns and make necessary adjustments for future campaigns.

Group Invitations
  1. Step 1 - Set up your group invitation campaign for any upcoming events using the Invitation Template and attach the invitation or pictures to the template

  2. Step 2 - Select the contacts/groups and setup a time to send the group promotion

  3. Step 3 - Monitor your marketing campaigns (group invitations), including responses from the recipients in real-time using the dashboard.

  4. Step 4 - Generate reports to analyze the campaigns and make adjustments for future campaigns.

Text Communication
  1. Use GroupNumber and avoid personal mobile phones/numbers for text messaging with customers and protect business privacy.

  2. Everyone in the group/team can independently use and share one GroupNumber to communicate with the customers by Text/SMS.

  3. Once you select your preferred group mobile number and add users, anyone in your group/team added as a user can start using GroupNumber with app or browser from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or a mobile phone from anywhere and anytime. There is no new device required.
